The Viking Kayaks Profish 35 is a great general purpose fishing kayak for slow moving rivers, lakes and sheltered coastline. The 11’6 ft hull length along with its narrow bow allows for the kayak to cut through choppy waters efficiently alongside easy straight-line tracking.

This feature packed boat provides spacious storage for tackle and bait in the centre console and storage for fish, spare clothing or anything else which might be needed stored in a dry bag in the rear storage well. Adjustable foot pegs provide multiple positions so you are able to find the most comfortable distance for your foot support to be located. Alongside this a moulded seating area is equipped with seat clip attachment points so you are able to add a Feelfree Deluxe seat to provide high back support and a connective comfortable back rest when spending hours out on the water.

Featuring four flush mounted rod holders you are able to paddle out to your fishing spot with your rods facing away from your paddle stroke allowing you to focus on paddling without getting caught up and then quickly store your rod in front of you ready to reel in your catch.

This light weight kayak is easy to carry and lift top of a vehicle with two people due to the bow and stern carry handles and can also be handled by a solo paddler due to the conveniently placed centre grab handles which also double up as an easy way to get back onto the kayak in the event of a capsize.

 

Overall this model has been designed to be paddler friendly for beginners and intermediate kayak fisherman alike. The stable and manoeuvrable design enables the Profish 35 to handle well in calm inland waterways and also when paddling through the chop when fishing around
