The Originz Northwest Passage kayak paddle is great option providing more power for people looking to upgrade from their current entry level touring and sit on top paddle.
The fibre glass shaft is lightweight compaired to the lower spec aluminium shaft and also more comfortable on your hands. Alongside this the firbre glass reinforced nylon blades provide more stiffness over the standard polypropylene blades used with entry level paddles meaning that enery lost through flex is instead gained in power through the ridgid blade design.
