The Boreal Tour kayaking paddle is made with a strong, lightweight carbon fibre shaft and foam reinforced ABS blades. The low-profile blade shape has been designed to provide efficient performance and reduced strain on your body.

The Boreal Tour paddle is easy to store and transport off the water, as well as being easy to store under the deck lines of a touring kayak or sea kayak. The paddle features a lever adjustment ferrule in the middle of the shaft, so that the paddler can quickly loosen the clasp, to change the blade angle, tweak the length, or dismantle to pack away.

The blade has a long, narrow shape to accommodate a more relaxed, low-angle paddling style, being able to keep a steady paddling pace without using a lot of energy. The narrow blade exerts less rotational force through the shaft than a broad blade so it does not require a strong grip to control flutter. The Boreal Tour is an ideal option for long distance sea kayaking and touring, but is also a great choice for kayak fishing and Gumotex inflatable kayaks due to the longer length and low-profile blade design.
