The VE glass Skera features mid-sized blades with the smallest surface area from the VE touring range, perfect for all-day paddling with reduced stress through your body. The paddle offers a great balance of power and efficiency, combining smooth performance with dependable precision. 

The Skera benefits from a well-designed blade profile that ensures predictable, effective power transfer on both faces, reducing fatigue and blade flutter for maximum comfort while paddling. Available with a flexible glass shaft or a stiffer, lightweight carbon shaft, the paddle is completely adjustable, offering up to 10 cm of length adjustment and full control of the blade angle. The tough, corrosion-resistant plastic lever connector, provides clear markings when adjusting the shaft, and is super easy to use when wearing gloves, or with cold fingers.

Touring-lite Construction

The glass Skera features VE's Touring-lite construction which reduces blade weight by up to 30%, giving a lighter, more responsive feel ideal for touring. A thinner blade tip lowers swing weight to reduce fatigue over distance, while the use of pre-preg composites and reinforced spine construction maintains strength and rigidity where it’s needed most. On model with glass blades, there is an additional polyester layer which offers extra protection and durability.
