Premium Adjustable Feature packed towbar cycle carrier

The Thule Epos is a towbar-mounted bike rack designed to transport a wide range of bikes, including e-bikes up to 30 kg each. It uses telescopic bike arms with pivoting cradles and steel-reinforced straps that attach to the bike frame or rear wheel to support loading and securing different bike types.

The Thule Epos cycle carrier features a fully foldable design for installation, transport, and storage, and includes integrated carrying handles for easier handling. It mounts to a tow bar using a self-stabilising coupling that allows positioning and adjustment before tightening the handle.

The design provides 25 cm spacing between bikes to help reduce contact during transport. Extra-long wheel holders support bikes with wheelbases up to 1350 mm, while ratcheting pump buckles and wheel straps secure tires up to 3.2″ (or up to 5″ with a separately sold accessory). A foot-pedal tilt mechanism allows access to the vehicle’s boot while bikes are mounted, while the boot can be accessed without tilting when the rack is unloaded.

Locks are included to secure the bikes to the carrier and the carrier to the vehicle.

Optional accessories
Additional accessories are available for the system. The Thule Epos Bike Repair Holder allows bikes to be adjusted or repaired while mounted on the rack. The Thule High Grade Lock, developed with ABUS, provides additional theft protection. A foldable loading ramp is also available to assist with loading and unloading heavier bikes, such as e-bikes.
