This carts plugs directly into the bottom of your Hobie kayak through the scuppers. The Standard wheel is a high-strength plastic hub, wrapped in an EVA solid foam tire and comes standard with all Hobie plug-in carts. The Standard wheel is capable of handling most terrain.
