Advanced Thermoform Construction
Every Delta kayak is made from a specially designed thermoplastic material that keeps it strong, durable, and lightweight. The ABS base layer helps it stay stiff and resist impacts, while the Solarkote outer layer protects against sun damage and scratches, keeping it looking good over time. Compared to other materials, it holds its shape better than polyethylene, is more impact-resistant than many fibreglass options, and is lighter than most kayaks in its class, making it easy to handle and built to last.
