The Wave Sport Scooter is a class leading general purpose Sit On Top kayak designed for coastal paddling, touring on lakes, estuaries, rivers, and even surfing in small waves. Wave Sport kayaks are manufactured in the UK and have a reputation as being made to the highest quality using High Density Polyethylene plastic (HDPE). The Scooter is lightweight and easy to car-top thanks to the rigid moulded side handles. It is stable and comfortable with a sleeker bow than its rivals resulting in more forward speed and the upswept bow is great at punching through choppy seas or beach swells when surfing.

We recommend purchasing the optional thigh straps if you intend surfing, as these will connect you to the kayak and help when paddling out through waves and with edging while you are surfing. There is a small hatch suitable for keeping items like a snack with you. There is also a tankwell in which you can store a dry bag with a cagoule for those sunny showery days, or you could take a picnic with you for a break on a river bank or sandy cove.
