The P&H Virgo is a capable day tripping, weekend sea kayak, ideal for coastal paddles out with your local group or club, or for smaller adventures. The compact size doesn't compromise on speed or handling, giving the paddler a reliable performance in a variety of conditions. With the renowned CoreLite X construction, the Virgo is lightweight and has an impressive hull stiffness to ensure efficiency through the water.

With a moderate rocker, the Virgo can generate and maintain an efficient cruising speed with ease, when paddling with a flat waterline. The hull also features defined hard chines along the edges, to provide the best performance when carving through the surf, and to ensure maximum stability to tackle new challenges. The v-shape hull softens in the centre, underneath the paddler's seating position, to improve the kayak's responsiveness when turning in both rough and flat water environments. The Virgo's low profile rear deck allow for smooth rolling and also features a paddle shaft recess for bracing for a self-rescue re-entry.

The P&H Virgo comes equipped with Connect outfitting, which is fully adjustable and includes a comfortable padded backband. This allows the paddler to have excellent support and a solid connection to the kayak. The cockpit offers ample room for different paddlers, and the adjustable foot pegs allow for optimal positioning to ensure a comfortable fit. The kayak also includes comfortable thigh braces, allowing for better control while edging and manoeuvring.

Design with versatility in mind, the Virgo has a variety of functional features including recessed areas for your spare paddle, a sturdy security point, and full deck lines and bungees for securing your gear. The kayak also benefits from bow and stern bulkhead storage compartments, that use reliable hatch covers made by Kajak Sport. These compartments also help to ensure buoyancy if you capsize, as long as the hatch covers are correctly secured in place.
