Waterproof Cable Glands
Premium cable glands from Scanstrut. Great for running cabling through the hull of your kayak (above the waterline). Popular when installing fish finder transducer and power cables to fishing kayaks. Supplied as a complete kit with full installation instructions and a number of pre-drilled rubber cable glands, alongside a blank rubber gland for custom drilling if required. Simply screw mounts to the hull using the provided fittings. Durable plastic housing construction with stainless hardware for marine use.
4 sizes are available:
DS6-P: For cables 2-6mm that have bare ends (no connector - e.g bare-end power cables)
DS16-P: For cables 2-8mm and connectors up to 16mm - fits Garmin Striker connectors.
DS21-P: For cables 4-9mm and connectors up to 21mm - fits Lowrance Eagle connectors.
DS30-P: For cables 9-14mm and connectors up to 30mm.
If running both the transducer and power cable through one gland, the DS30 size is recommended.
