Inflatable Open Canoe

The Gumotex Scout is a versatile full sized inflatable open Canadian canoe  that will comfortably carry two or three paddlers but what can also be adjusted to become a solo craft. At 14’5 ft and with a 450kg max weight capacity this canoe is a great option for getting the family out onto the water for a days adventuring and a picnic on slow moving rivers, lakes and other inland waterways.

The Gumotex Scout is durable due to the Nitrilon construction which also adds stiffness to the hull boosting the boats paddling performance and a light weight quality making this canoe an easy lift for two people with the bow and stern carry handles. The Scout Standard benefits from Gumotex's T-Bones reinforcement system.

Both the Eco+ and Standard models feature Gumotex’s safety relief valve which helps to stop over inflation and damage caused by air pressure fluctuation.

The Gumotex Scout is ideal for paddling on rivers, canals and lakes and lochs. The storage space is perfect for adventurers on calm waters or even adventuring onto low grade rapids. Three seats fitted with comfort pads ensure a comfortable day on the water for the whole family.

Best of all it can be packed down into the included 80L drybag and slung on your back – so now there is nowhere that you can’t take your canoe!
