The Gumotex Rush 1 is one of Gumotex's highest performance kayaks with a dropstitch floor giving the kayak a huge amount of rigidity.
Made in the Czech republic, Gumotex have a reputation of hard wearing and long lasting kayaks which they back up with a two year warranty. Created from Nitrilon, a synthetic rubber and a natural altex mix, the Gumotex kayak range have a similar construction to RIBs commonly used by divers and the emergency services.
Rigid enough to stand on if necessary, the underside of the Gumotex Rush 1 is made from dropstitch with a reinforced keel and tracking fin meaning that although the underside is flatter, the tracking is improved and the straightline ability is better than other inflatables of a similar length.

Optional Cockpit Kit
Removable cockpit kit provides protection from the elements. Additionally it offers a further easy accessible storage space which you can use during a shorter or longer travelling. The cockpit is attached on the inflated boat simply by means of velcro. Light metal reinforcements that help to hold the shape and increase the stiffness of the cockpit and the boat itself. Furthermore the cockpit includes a plastic collar reinforcement, on which can be placed a standard Gumotex spray skirt.
