Enigma Canoes Tripper 14
Enigma Canoes’ 14ft Tripper is aimed at paddlers looking for days out on the water, either solo or as a small family. The wide flat hull of the Enigma Tripper 14 comes with a central full length keel improving and maintain the tracking while strengthening/reinforcing the hull without compromising in stability. This hull design allows the Enigma Tripper to paddle in straight lines easily even when emptier or solo paddled.
The comparatively short waterline of the Enigma Canoes Tripper 14 at just under 14ft allows the canoe to be nimble and turn around where space is a premium allowing users to explore even narrower waterways, the short length overall of the Enigma Tripper makes storage and transport easier than some of the larger canoes on the market. The aforementioned width of the EC Tripper 14 allows paddlers to have a little more space in the canoe, giving paddlers at the bow a little more legroom and allowing the Enigma Tripper to be fitted with a third seat by special order, replacing the Yoke.
This Enigma Canoe is moulded in Canada out of some of the sturdiest foam core triple layer plastic available on the UK market, while the woodwork is varnished and sealed to maximise the life span of the handles, yokes and seats and outfitted in the UK by Enigma Canoes UK. The Foam core of this canoe creates a durable and inherently buoyant canoe meaning if you, your customers or a friend ends up filling the canoe, it only needs emptying, not rescuing from the bottom a river however we do offer buoyancy bags or blocks if this is a likely situation.
This canoe like the Enigma Canoes Prospector Sport comes with moulded in Handles and rigid seat hangers which buttress out the hull of the canoe reducing the risk of oilcanning/deformation during use, transport or storage due to the method and style of attachment of the seats.
Most of our Canadian built Enigma Canoes comes with the option to have the woodwork switched out for harder wearing materials perfect for tour operators or hire companies looking to have fleets survive the abuse of the commercial world. Please contact us if you would like to know more about this.
