The Palm Atom is Palm’s most advanced whitewater jacket, designed to deliver reliable protection, comfort and freedom of movement in demanding conditions. Built for expeditions, extreme rivers and everyday whitewater, it combines a tough construction with a carefully considered, highly articulated fit.
The Atom is made from Seawastex® XP 4-layer recycled fabric, featuring a durable high-density nylon weave, PFAS-free construction and a DWR finish for added water resistance and long-lasting performance.
Its six-panel articulated cut allows the jacket to move naturally with you while paddling, reducing excess material without restricting movement. The result is a comfortable, close-fitting jacket that’s ready for everything from everyday paddling to serious whitewater.
Latex neck and wrist gaskets provide a dependable seal, with GlideSkin neoprene cuffs and an outer collar adding comfort and protection. A twin waist with a Velcro-adjustable neoprene waistband creates a secure, spraydeck-compatible fit to help keep water out when conditions get rough.

Getting The Right Fit
Height – From the floor, to the top of your head. Best Measured against a wall.
Chest – Measure Horizontally under your armpits, around the fullest part of your chest and shoulder blades.
Waist – Measure the waist circumference at the smallest part of your waist.
Inside Leg – Measure from your ankle bone, to your groin.
