VE Paddles - Fara Glass
The VE Fara blade is designed to suit high angle paddle strokes, offering great performance for day touring and coastal play. The Fara utilises VE's tour-lite construction, which features pre-preg, woven glass blades that offer paddlers with a lighter more supple performance.
The Fara's blade design provides smooth power transfer on both blade faces, coupled with a low swing weight & pronounced catch, to improve paddler endurance over long distances.
When it comes to deciding which shaft material you should choose, the carbon shaft is stiffer and lighter than the glass shaft for when responsiveness really matters. If you need a more flexible performance, then the glass shaft is the option to pick.
There are many custom options for the VE Fara Glass, such as different length adjustment and shaft material options. We keep the 210 - 220 cm adjustable length options in stock, as standard, because this version suits the blade design really well, and covers many of the most popular paddle lengths for touring and sea kayaking.
