Enigma Canoes Prospector Sport
The 16ft Prospector Sport with tapered bow and stern is designed for agility and tracking, whether being paddled solo or tandem. Enigma Canoes’ Prospector Sport deviates from the classic prospector shape by being slightly wider in the middle and more angular towards the bow and stern reducing the drag and water resistance.
The Enigma Canoes Prospector Sport is made in Canada from one of the highest density foam cores laminated with sturdy polyethylene creating one of the hardest wearing lay-ups available in the UK. The increased hull strength and the sturdy seat attachments points form strong points along the length of the boat reducing the chances/ability for the boat to warp in storage or in use.
As a high-performance canoe, the Prospector Sport is for anyone looking for a sturdy canoe solution with the ability to track incredibly well with a North American Design and construction.
The Enigma Canoes Prospector Sport comes with varnished wooden seats and woodwork to resist even heavy duty or rental use, or extend its life time in a more recreational or casual use. However, we do offer other options for rental/commercial operators who require a sturdier option, please contact us if this would be of interest.
